Tender Description
The Funds and Levies team within Mining, Exploration and Geoscience (MEG) supports financial administration of mining and petroleum titles, including management of rehabilitation security bonds. The team’s processes are currently highly manual with heavy reliance on spreadsheets and general business applications.
A customised solution that is designed to support the team’s processing tasks and relationship between the processing tasks of the team and tasks fulfilled by teams in other parts of the agency, such as the Resources Regulator, will help to address the risks identified in the audit.
A development project to build this solution is planned and it is proposed that an external vendor be engaged to assist."
