Tender Description
Doric Contractors Pty Ltd, as the Managing Contractor, is inviting Tenders from suitably qualified entities to undertake Design Consultancy Services for the Planning Phase on the Irwin Barracks Redevelopment and Leeuwin Barracks Consolidation Project, for the following Packages:
Package 1 – Architecture and BIM Management;
Package 2 – Security and Services Engineering;
Package 3 – Civil Engineering;
Package 4 – Structural Engineering;
Package 5 – Environment & Heritage;
Package 6 – BCA Consultant;
Package 7 – Quantity Surveying; &
Package 8 – Sustainability (ESD and WOL);
Entities may elect to tender one, several or all of above the Packages.
The proposed Subcontract works is from March 2023 until January 2024, for all Packages.
