Carbody Structure & External Fittings:
Supply of suitable rail designs comprising structural componentry such as gangways and associated external fittings including maintenance support
Doors:
Supply of suitable power doors, equipment and fittings to suit N/Z and H class carriages and associated maintenance support
Couplers:
supply of automatic couplers and semi-permanent couplers and associated maintenance support
Bogie Frame & Wheelsets:
supply of components and assemblies and associated maintenance support
Bogie Suspension:
supply of components and assemblies and associated maintenance support
Braking System & Equipment:
supply of brake systems and air supply, air gauges, brake controller, control system, cylinders brake valves, caliper, discs and maintenance support
Traction (Diesel) Engine:
supply of Traction Motor and associated maintenance and support
Transmission (Gearbox & Carden Shaft):
supply of Fluid Drive Transmission System and associated maintenance and support
Cab Interior & Fittings:
supply of seats, other furniture, lighting, galley equipment and associated maintenance and support.
Cab Controls & Indications:
supply of Cab signaling systems and equipment and associated maintenance and support.
Train Protection Warning System:
supply of TPWS and associated maintenance support
Saloon Interior Fittings:
supply of seats, other furniture, galley equipment and associated maintenance and support.
Air Supply:
supply of air supply systems and associated maintenance and support
Aux Power:
supply of alternators, battery charger, power controller, static inverter, SIV Voltage regulator, PA & PA amps, main generator, auxiliary generator and power contactors and associated maintenance support
Saloon HVAC & climate control:
supply of Saloon and Driver Cab air- conditioning systems and associated maintenance and support
Comms & Passenger Information:
supply of PA systems, Intercoms, CCTV
