Tender Description
Henschke Catholic Primary School is located in the regional town of Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. This is a large country primary school operated by the Catholic Schools Office of Wagga Wagga.
The project is funded by the Capital Infrastructure Fund and supported by a grant from the CBGA and will deliver a newly constructed carpark for staff/parents and the update of the Electrical and Civil infrastructure.
Stage 1 includes the demolition of the existing administration carpark, tennis courts and external infrastructure to provide the open space allowing the construction of a new staff/parent carpark, civil storm water drainage and On Site Detention (OSD) tanks and electrical infrastructure upgrade including a new HV kiosk.
The successful contractor will preferably have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a “live” educational environment.
