Tender Description

Council is looking to engage a Contractor for the Kurri Kurri CBD Upgrade which will include the following components -

• Survey and Setout,

• Traffic Management,

• Location and protection of existing services/utilities, relocate and/or adjust as required,

• Erosion and Sediment control,

• New Line-marking,

• New Signage,

• New Paths and Driveway Crossings coloured with Concrete Solutions Colour as specified,

• Sawcut / Pavement Correction,

• Adjustment of Utility Lids,

• Landscaping and Furniture,

• Upgrade existing street lighting,

• Compliance for access and mobility of pedestrians.

Stage 1.2

• Survey and Setout,

• Pedestrian Crossings,

• Warning and Directional TGSI,

• Adjustment of Utility Lids,

• Landscaping and Furniture,

• Upgrade existing street lighting,

• Conduits and Capped Riser,

• Bollards,

• Compliance for access and mobility of pedestrians.

• Kerb & Gutters,

• Grated Gutter Bridges,

• Paths coloured with Concrete Solutions Colour as specified,

• Pedestrian Fencing,

• Upgrade existing street lighting.
