Tender Description

Purtill Group are calling for Expressions of Interest from groups or individuals, interested in the removal and acquisition of a three bedroom, one bathroom house located in Mathoura.

All costs associated with removal of the house will be at the expense of the applicant, and will include removal of all foundation stumps.

All waste and building materials are to be removed at the expense of the applicant, with the site to be left level and free of any rubbish and waste upon removal completion. Inspections of the property will be by appointment only.

Submissions will be received until 5pm Saturday, 31st December, 2022.

Submissions from Not for Profit organisations would be considered favourably.

The successful applicant will be notified within seven days of the closure of this submission period.
