The NSW Roads to Home Program is a NSW Government planning and infrastructure upgrade program designed to sustainably address the legacy infrastructure and servicing inequality in Reserves and Missions (discrete Aboriginal communities) across NSW.

The location of the Community for this site is Nanima Village, located on Wiradjuri land near Wellington within the LGA of the Dubbo Regional Council. The subject site is described as Lot 244 and Lot 317 DP756920, otherwise known as 300 Nanima Village Road, Wellington. and is owned by Wellington LALC and consists of 21dwellings

2. Scope of Services

This contract includes all civil construction works required as part of the subdivision process, including the following;
1. Repair of damaged road pavement and kerb & gutter;
2. Bitumen reseal of existing pavement;
3. Construction of on-street/off-street parallel car parking areas including new kerb and gutter, pavement and bitumen seal;
4. Construction of an off-street car parking area including new kerb and gutter, pavement and bitumen seal;
5. Construction of new causeways for overland stormwater flows, including downstream swales and scour protection works at discharge locations;
6. Construction of new stormwater connections to each existing dwelling;
7. Construction of concrete driveway cross-overs to each proposed lot;
8. Construction of 2.0m wide footpath throughout each site;
9. Construction of concrete pedestrian refuges;
10. Provision of signage and linemarking;
11. landscaping including turf, topsoil/seed planting, vegetation planting, irrigation water system installation and initial maintenance period.

The project, including conditions related to the engagement of sub-contractors, will be conducted under the provisions of a project-specific version of a NSW Government GC21 Procurement System for Construction Contract.
