Whiddon are seeking expressions of interest (EOI) from software vendors, and systems integrators, whom can provide a platform pursuant to the high-level requirements .

This EOI process is an open mechanism which will then progress, for those interested parties, into a closed request for tender (RFT); during which software vendors, and system integrators, will have the opportunity to submit compliant tenders for Whiddon review and shortlisting. A shortlisted group of tender responses will then progress to a demonstration and information discovery phase ,working closely with Whiddon stakeholders.
