COMPANY OVERVIEW
TT-Line Company Pty Ltd (Principal) own and have operated the Spirit of Tasmania ferry service between Victoria and Tasmania since 1985. The Spirit of Tasmania vessels ferry passengers and commercial freight between Devonport, Tasmania and (soon to be) Geelong, Victoria.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Spirit of Tasmania will be relocating it's facilities in East Devonport from the current Berth 1 to Berth 3 further south on the River Mersey, to accommodate two new larger vessels currently under construction.

The Principal requests interested parties to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to Tender for the award of a Contract of Construction Works to deliver the new Berth 3 facility as Principal Contractor. This EOI is the first stage of a staged tender approach to occur between now and Q2 2023.

The Construction Works are anticipated to begin in Q3 of 2023 and will broadly consist of:

• construction/installation all civil infrastructure of the new Berth 3 facility including earthworks, service reticulation, concrete and retaining structures, and pavements inc. kerbing and linemarking
• land-based and marine-based piling works to support above ground structures
• variously supply, installation, and commissioning of above ground facility infrastructure,
• including a static dual-level loading ramp, tri-level linkspans and gantry, dolphin/fender combinations through to signage and fencing
• Design and Construction of the various Buildings and Landscaping required in the facility, in particular the Terminal building and elevated pedestrian walkway
• demolition of existing assets at Berth 1 in order to hand the Site back to TasPorts
