The South Australian Department for Correctional Services (DCS) is seeking to engage one or more Suppliers, to provide a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) including:

• Counselling services – a confidential, short term, solution focused counselling service for DCS employees, their immediate family members and DCS volunteers.
• Critical Incident Support Service – a 24/7 counselling and support service to DCS employees and family members following a critical incident. This may include onsite attendance at DCS locations.
• Management Support, Mediation, Consultancy, Advice and Support, Psychological Assessments, Support and expertise towards initiatives and preventative measures that support psychologically and culturally safe environments and Other Services as negotiated.
• Culturally appropriate services to Aboriginal employees, family members and volunteers. Providers who can facilitate this service are encouraged to apply.

Suppliers may submit offers for the provision of the entire range of services at all the DCS locations or any combination of services and/or locations.
