We are looking for a provider to partner with to build a home-based service that supports people experiencing mental distress and challenges to live well in the community. The service will provide support a minimum of 4 tāngata whai ora with mental health conditions to live a full life, that is well integrated into the community.

We strongly encourage applications from kaupapa Māori organisations, however if the provider is not a kaupapa Māori organisation then we expect that the provider is able to demonstrate how they embrace and incorporate Te Ao Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles into the service.
