Tender Description
The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders from experienced and competent consultants to undertake the role of Head Design Consultant for a building exterior remediation program for the King George V, (KGV) Recreation Centre, at 15 Cumberland Street, The Rocks, in accordance with this request.
The Head Design Consultant will be expected to engage and manage specialised sub-consultants where necessary to supplement in-house capability.
The City will engage a quantity surveyor directly.
It is envisioned that the consultancy services will extend for the duration of the remediation works as described in the Schedule of Services and will consist of six stages outlined in this request for tender (RFT). The duration of engagement will be approximately two years.
Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this request for tender.
