Sustainable Park Solutions is pleased to take to market the via Tender the Lease, Development and Management of the Woodside Beach Caravan Park on behalf of the Wellington Shire Council.
The Wellington Shire Council is the Committee of Management for the Woodside Beach Caravan Park pursuant to the Crown Land (reserves) Act 1978. The Woodside Beach Caravan Park is located on
Woodside Beach Road, to the east of the township of Woodside on Ninety Mile Beach, approximately
64 kilometres south of Sale and approximately 231 kilometres south-east of Melbourne. The park is the perfect spot to Victoria’s best kept secret, Ninety Mile Beach which is one of the longest and most beautiful stretches of sand in the world offering a wealth of beach activities and national parks.
The mixed-use park offers a range of accommodation options including cabins, powered and unpowered sites and 12-month permit holders.
The caravan park is nestled in the dunes and comprises an irregular but generally level shaped
parcel of Crown Land.
The caravan park is approximately 6.53 hectares an adjacent to the property is the Woodside Beach Surf Life Saving Club and community playground/BBQ facilities.
