MAV Procurement, on behalf of 79 Victorian Councils, Local Government Procurement (LGP), on behalf of 128 New South Wales Councils and LGA Procurement, on behalf of 68 South Australian Councils (collectively, Participant Councils) is conducting this tender for the provision of Bill Payments Services.
Bill Payments Services involves the collection of monies payable against invoices, notices or other mechanisms issued by a Council to a ratepayer or other person or entity according to law.
Bill Payments Services are required through a range of secure modalities including, but not limited to:
- in person / Over the counter
- via secure telephone voice call methods
- via a secure smartphone application or other mobile technology platform
- online via a secure internet gateway or similar
- via other secure payment methods as may be desired by council and facilitated by the supplier.
The Contract period offered to the successful Tenderer or Tenderers shall be for a term of five (5) years with the option of MAV Procurement exercising two (2) further extension options, each of two (2) years.
