Tender Description

 Dementia Australia (DA) is consolidating several websites with the aim of improving on and meeting key online audience needs whilst supporting the DA strategic plan. DA seeks a suitably qualified vendor to prototype and design a new user interface, incorporating existing brand and adhering to best-practice and WCAG 2.1 accessibility principles. In addition, DA seeks a suitably qualified vendor to develop the new design onto a managed modern web CMS/DXP. The overall intended outcome will be to launch a new website that incorporates best-in-class design, improved navigation and user experience, content publishing protocols to keep content up to date and ensuring easier access to information and services for all Australians impacted by dementia.

This RFT provides an opportunity to scope credible market proposals based on DA's requirements, whilst also allowing vendors to propose solutions or outcomes that provide value above and beyond the listed scope. 

The purpose of the RFT is to:

1) provide an overview of DA's requirements and the RFT process

2) provide information establishing DA's selection criteria

3) provide information to enable responses to the tender

4) outline request conditions and conditions of contract; and

5) evaluate the capability and capacity of respondents to provide the required services

To assist Respondents the following is attached to the RFT:

  • Appendix 1 Design Requirements 
  • Appendix 2 Content Management System Requirements
  • Appendix 3 Digital Personas
  • Appendix 4 Dementia Australia's Brand Guidelines
  • Attachment 1 Standard Conditions of Tender Process
  • Attachment 2 Presentation Structure

All submissions must include:

1) Evidence of Worker's Compensation; Public Liability; and Professional Indemnity (Schedule 1)

2) Respondent's Deed (Schedule 2) completed and signed by an authorised representative of the  Respondent

3) Referee Details (Schedule 3) completed

4) Pricing and Fees (Schedule 4) completed

5) Requirements Compliance Statement (Schedule 5) completed

6) Compliance Statement (Schedule 6) completed
