Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from organisations (Respondents) wishing to be shortlisted to tender for the proposed Engineering Consultancy Services Panel.

The Engineering Consultancy Services Panel will establish non-exclusive, zero dollar value contracts, with prequalified suppliers within each of the defined service delivery categories described in section 4. The contracts will provide definitions of positions with pre-defined schedule of rates for contracted services, along with the associated personnel, experience, systems and processes in place so as to demonstrate ability to conduct services to the required standard, in a safe and timely manner. The term of the contract will be for two years commencing on 1 July 2023 with options for extension.
