Tender Description

IDC Developments and CQ Building Supplies would like to invite tenders for the general construction supply and services relating to the construction of a new factory located at Industrial Avenue Maryborough West Qld 4650.

All supply and services for tender relate to plumbing, electrical, approx. 22,000m2 of concreting, erection of a 5200m2 main warehouse building (104m x 50m) - portal steel columns including wall sheeting and roofing, separate office construction, solar supply and install, fencing and landscaping.
