Mt Buller Resort Management has many operational buildings where the alpine environment of freezing winters and hot summers has proven to be harsh for paint coatings and cladding elements of our buildings.

This tender opportunity includes 3 main buildings within the Mt Buller Resort and the works include painting, minor cladding and window repairs. Buildings included are:

• The Medical Centre,
• Black Forest Lodge and Alpine
• Central.

Bidders are invited to bid for one, two or all buildings. Whilst responses for each building will be assessed individually, all three buildings may be awarded to the one bidder if this represents best value for money.

A bidders briefing will be held at 11am, Wednesday 8 February 2023. This is an opportunity for bidders to have a guided tour of the buildings, ask questions regarding the opportunity and clarify the scope and intent of the Invitation. Submissions are due 11am, Tuesday 21 February 2023.

The contract is expected to be awarded in February 2023. Works are required to commence no later than March 2023 and be complete by 30 April 2023. The Organisation has no tolerance for works being delayed past 15 May 2023 due to alpine weather conditions.
