Tender Description

Lancini Property Group construction division is seeking expressions of interest from all trades for an upcoming shopping centre development located on the north side of Brisbane at Burpengary East.

Tender packages will be issued early to mid-February with an anticipated construction start being July 2023.

All structural, services and finishes trades are invited to register their interest.

Earthworks, Concreting, Concrete tilt panels, Structural steel, Metalwork, Metal roofing/cladding, Aluminium windows, Hydraulics, Electrical, Mechanical, Painting, Ceilings, Partitions and Facades, ICP Ceilings and Walls, Ceramic Tiling, Epoxy Flooring, Joinery, Landscaping, and Fencing.

There are also further developments planned in the Brisbane region.
