Tender Description
The Governments of Indonesia and Australia have entered into the Indonesia-Australia Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IA-CEPA), creating a framework to unlock the vast potential of the bilateral economic relationship. Katalis’s mandate is to maximise the benefits of IA-CEPA, support trade and investment, improve market access and promote inclusive economic growth in Indonesia.
The Market Integration breakthrough area is responsible for fostering new economic partnerships, business sector engagement and cooperation on the standards ecosystem to support more integrated markets. This is driven by industry identifying and investing in opportunities across the targeted sectors of agri-foods, advanced manufacturing and services.
Simplr Health Pty Ltd (Simplr) is an Australian company that is one of three partners proposing to construct a regenerative medicine clinic in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Sanur, Bali. Katalis is seeking a provider to deliver two work packages that will form the backbone of an information memorandum that will be used by Simplr to raise capital as part of their equity contribution to the project. Other elements contributing to the IM will be procured by the partnership and Simplr’s advisers.
Respondents will need to be familiar with the health/regenerative medicine sector in general and demonstrate previous experience in developing similar projects or direct relevant experience in undertaking the various elements required. The preferred supplier will be expected to work closely with Simplr and their advisers in undertaking the work.
