Tender Description
Council is inviting Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the provision of commercial plumbing services within the Campbelltown Local Government Area.
The services sought are for;
- new installations of internal and external plumbing services
- Internal and external plumbing and draining maintenance and replacement
- hot water installation, maintenance and replacement
- sewerage blockage rectification including jet blasting and camera inspections
- installation, commissioning and periodic testing and servicing of Thermostatic mixing valves
- Installation, commissioning and periodic testing and servicing of Backflow Prevention devices.
Tenderers must meet the response time of 45 minutes or less, from the time of call out to onsite to undertake work in an Emergency Situation applicable 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Council may choose to select a panel of organisations for these Services.
