Tender Description
Kangaroo Island Sculpture Trail are seeking Expressions of Interest for sculptural installations to add to their expanding outdoor art trail.
The Kangaroo Island Sculpture Trail invites artists to submit concepts which bring to life several identified themes, to continue to build the diversity and depth of art on the trail and represent the environmental and cultural story of its place.
Stream 1: Small Installations
Take advantage of the nooks along the winding trail and submit concepts for small installations which create small surprises.
Stream 2: Major Installations
Create a significant feature on the trail with a major sculptural work that brings to life one of the island’s themes: Kangaroo Island Indigenous history, Dudley Peninsula maritime history and shipwrecks, our natural environment and endemic species, fossils and extinct native animals.
