East Grampians Health Service (EGHS) is offering up for lease by Tender the parcels of land known to EGHS as the "Willaura Farm."

"Willaura Farm" consists of three (3) parcels of land in the Wickliffe area of Victoria. The three (3) parcels equate to 392 acres of thereabouts of sheep grazing and cropping land. The parcels are offered as a whole and will not be separated.

The land is being offered on a five (5) year term with a possible five (5) year option.

The tender documents will be available from the 13/02/2023.
