We need a peer-governed service that is based on the values, principles, and objectives in our model of care, particularly ensuring that services are accessible and supportive for Māori. The service needs to respond to the needs of the Dunedin community, and to have relationships with other services and supports in Dunedin – working with them together as one system.

We are focusing on peer support services, however we will also consider proposals that include other CPSLE roles (such as systemic advocacy), if they align to the model of care AND contribute to transformational change to achieve the Te Hurihanga Time for Change vision.
