Request for Quotes are invited for the contract position of Gardener/Caretaker of the Loxton Retirement Village.

The contract position is for a period of three years to commence from the 1st may 2023.

The Loxton Retirement Village comprises of 4 Courts with a total of 108 Independent Living Units, with extensive lawn and garden areas and a Community Centre.

The role of the gardener/caretaker is divided into two parts.

• Part A: Maintenance of lawned and landscaped areas of all four courts
• Part B: Assistance to residents with minor maintenance and repairs to units.

Specifications are included in the Request for Quote documentation linked below. Respondents may quote for Part A or Part B or both.
