Cladding Safety Victoria (CSV) is a world-leading safety initiative established by the Victorian Government. This $600m program aims to reduce the risk of combustible cladding in residential apartments and publicly-owned buildings. CSV works with owners and Owners Corporations to help them rectify dangerous combustible cladding by providing support, guidance and connections to appropriately registered and qualified practitioners. This EOI relates to the establishment of a panel of Façade Consultants to facilitate a revised upfront Due Diligence process for approximately 100 buildings referred to CSV’s program (with potential to add further sites or additional inspections from time to time). The role of the Façade Consultant, as further outlined in the specifications, is to complete a site inspection and arrange lab testing of samples in order to produce a report outlining the combustible cladding type, extent and composition as well as any potential or existing defects that may impact cladding rectification, such as structural damage, water ingress and etc.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is anticipated as the first step in a multi‑stage procurement process.
