The Tamala Park Regional Council (TPRC) has constructed a road linking Catalina to the nearby foreshore through an adjoining coastal conservation reserve to allow the local community to enjoy convenient access to the beach.

To offset the disturbance of the road construction works on the reserve, the TPRC is committed to provide revegetation planting of a 1.56ha overall area within it.

The Offset Area Revegetation works will consist of a two-staged revegetation program followed by a five-year maintenance and management period.

The TPRC is seeking to engage a Revegetation Contractor to complete the second stage of revegetation works and a subsequent five-year maintenance and monitoring program.
