Tender Description
Broome Property Developments is seeking a licensed builder to construct a duplex development on the NSW South Coast. Interested Builders are requested to provide a lump sum Fee for the construciton of 2 x 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, 2 Car garage and landscaping in accordance with the Architctural, Strucutral and Landscape design drawings and specifcations.
Interested Parties are required to provide a detailed tender proposal and complete the returnable pricing schedules and construction program by the closing date COB 3rd April 2023.
