King Island Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers to be Managing Contractor on the King Island Hub project. This includes: the construction of a new multi-purpose community and visitor information building; refurbishment and conversion of an existing residential property into office accommodation; and, associated civil and landscaping works.
