Kentish Council invite non-binding Expressions of Interest for the purchase and subsequent development of the Council owned property at 67-69 Main Street, Sheffield.

The property was the former location of the Commonwealth Bank Branch in Sheffield until 2019 and comprises 909m2 of developable land. The existing building on the site occupies approximately 15 per cent of the land area.

The Council is open to considering options for the entire site or alternatively part of it.
