Tender Description
Expressions of interest are being sought for a joint venture or corporate transaction in relation to Medlab Clinical Limited, an Australian publicly listed biotechnology group of companies.
The group's products empower patients with chronic diseases and mental health conditions by enhancing their lives through addressing unmet health needs.
The following property is available:
• The listed corporate entity and compliance documents for NASDAQ listing;
• NanoCelleR Platform and associated patents;
• Research & Development ventures with respect to new pharmaceutical products;
• Nutraceuticals products ready for sale;
• Intellectual property and intangible assets; and
• Ongoing license agreements.
