From suitably qualified and experienced contractors for proposed construction works at Hills International College, 105-111 Johanna St, Jimboomba QLD 4280.

The proposed works are a single storey HPE Precinct, a first floor internal reconfiguration & a staged upgrade to college site fire mains, and includes:

• Construction of a new covered sports court for basketball, netball, and volleyball.
• Performance stage and associated changeroom, gymnasium and storage facilities.
• Internal reconfiguration of existing first floor space into GLA and music appropriate spaces.
• Construction of a staged upgrade to the site fire mains.

Works to be constructed under a single contract. Contractors shall provide details of their experience in educational projects of a similar scale in the last 5 years, their ability to service this project, and details of their financial status.

Tenders will be invited during March and April 2023 for an anticipated commencement of construction works in June 2023 and completion by March 2024.
