RCH are looking for a robotic process automation partner to assist RCH for future related projects.

To create and build a relationship with a business, RCH are inviting organisations to respond to the following Expression of Interest (EOI).

RCH are looking to replace the manual, multi-sourced, multi-decision point workflow of matching, scheduling, and routing Clinical staff to at-home patients with a platform that streamlines the process though a seamless algorithm.

Objective

Delivering hospital-level care at home is complex. For a typical HITH patient, 81 human decisions are required.

For deciding, the HITH admin team constantly balances multiple factors like:

• patient complexity, priority, and location

• matching health professional skills and caseload with patient needs

• patient availability, unpredictable service time, variable travel times and demand for services.

Since the onset of COVID, referrals to HITH have surged to maximise inpatient capacity and meet shifting patient expectations.

RCH is well positioned to capitalise on rapidly evolving digital technologies and streamline HITH processes.

There is an opportunity to revisit the current patient management and service delivery systems and look at latest technology solutions. A tailored digital solution that automates co-ordination, avoids wasteful spending, allows HITH expansion, and improves patient care.
