Tender Description
The Contractor will ensure the works they perform comply with the requirements of this Scope of Works, and the Standards, Procedures, Policies, and Plans the Contract references.
(a) It is a requirement of Principal that all aspects of supply of goods and/or services by Contractors and their subcontractors comply with all aspects of Principal’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSEC) policies and procedures.
(b) This Scope of Works includes, but is not limited to the provision of labour, material, equipment, supervision, and
management as required to complete the Work required under this Contract,
(c) For any work carried out at Principal’s Site by the Contractor, the Contractor must ensure that all Contractor’s
Personnel adhere to the requirements of Principal’s Site Procedures and the requirements of the Contractor Accreditation Agreement is met.
This Scope of Work is for the provision of Survey services at MRM for the Principal. Work performed by the contractor is to satisfy the requirements of this Scope of Work, Contractor Work Authority Form, and relevant construction
drawings and specifications.
The Metallurgy department will have numerous projects within the mine throughout 2023-2024 with the project timelines being weather dependent and typically beginning in approximately Mach and continuing through to the wet season in November/December
