Tender Description
Old Parliament House (OPH) is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified Managing Contractor (MC) to manage the investigation, planning and delivery of the roof replacement project (Works) at Old Parliament House which is located at 18 King George Terrace, Parkes ACT.
Other Instructions:
There will be a MANDATORY industry briefing held on 30 March at 10.00am (ACT Local time).
To register to attend the MANDATORY industry briefing Tenderers must notify the Contact Officer by email no later than 5.00pm (ACT Local time), 29 March 2023, providing details of the Tenderers company; and the full names of all Tenderer personnel proposed to attend.
