The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite Prospective Suppliers to submit their Proposals for Electricity Network – Vegetation Services – Dunedin and/or Central Otago/Wānaka based on the scope and deliverables outlined in Section B – Our Requirements.

This RFP is a single-stage procurement process that has been released to an open market.

This RFP involves a weighted attribute evaluation methodology outlined in Section C – Schedule of Conditions of RFP.

The evaluation attributes and associated weightings in this RFP are primarily designed to identify a Prospective Supplier that best meets the requirements outlined in this document for one, or both, of the options outlined below:
- Option A: Vegetation Services – Dunedin
- Option B: Vegetation Services – Central Otago/Wānaka
- Option C: Vegetation Services – Dunedin AND Central Otago/Wānaka

Prospective Suppliers shall nominate the options that they wish to be considered for in Appendix 3 – Form of Proposal in the RFP Response Form. Prospective Suppliers may nominate one, or more, options. Further information on the scope of each option is outlined in Section B – Our Requirements.

The objective of this RFP process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Prospective Suppliers about their respective organisations, and their proposed solution. This enables Aurora Energy to select and appoint a Service Provider/s to deliver vegetation services in Dunedin and Central Otago/Wānaka.
