The Victorian Building Authority (VBA) regulates building and plumbing practitioners to ensure the achievement of efficient and competitive building and plumbing industries in Victoria.
The VBA is invested in the wellbeing of its employees, and understand the importance of creating a positive and safe workplace. To deliver the objectives of the VBA, we need to ensure that our workforce and families are well supported.
The VBA is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to deliver the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). An EAP is an important tool in VBA’s health and safety risk management framework, particularly to the mental health of employees. VBA accordingly intends to continue with the provision of an EAP service to employees and is seeking to procure a service of a similar or higher standard than is currently provided.
