The Company invites contractors to respond to this Expression Of Interest (EOI) in the supply and installation of fencing for the eastern section of the access road to Carmichael Coal Mine (CCM). The Mine Access Road (MAR) - commonly known as the Elgin Rd, is being upgraded as part of project approval requirements for developing the CCM. This EOI involves the supply and installation of fencing of approximately 100Km of fencing along the eastern portion of the mine access road, extending (broadly speaking) from the Gregory Development Road to Bulliwallah Rd. Note Attachment A - MAP - MAR. Expected commencement of fencing by end of May 2023.


Scope includes:

• Supply and deliver fence construction materials for Packages 1 ,2, 3 and 4a as indicated in Figure 2&3 and Table 1.

• Ensure fence building materials comply with Department of Transport and Main Roads (DTMR) SD1601 “Rural Fence and Gates CHS Posts and Stays”.

• Deliver materials to meet the Contractors an agreed installation schedule.

• Unload and stack materials neatly within areas approved by Bravus, on site.

• Install boundary fencing along Elgin Rd (also known as the Mine Access Road, or MAR) for packages 1, 2, 3 and 4a in accordance with Attachment B - CCRP-ZE065D-DRW-CV-000007_7 and Attachment -C- CCRP-ZE065D-DRW-CV-000006_5.

• Procure and coordinate concrete from the Bravus nominated supplier including delivery and testing

• Remove and dispose of existing fence where required (if any)

The Company shall supply free issue:

• Cleared Fence line though Packages 1, 2, 3 & 4a

• Camp accommodation

• Diesel for contract related works only

• Applicable environmental approvals

• Concrete Testing Laboratory
