VicTrack owns in freehold a 2,600 square metre development site located in Hyde Street Footscray, approximately seven kilometres west of Melbourne’s CBD and plans to transform the surplus land into a vibrant residential mixed-use development within Maribyrnong City Council Municipality. VicTrack will retain approximately sixty-four commuter carparks within concept of the development to meet its obligation to Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM). VicTrack is inviting interested parties to participate in a Request for Tender (RFT) for concept design and town planning services and express their interest in delivering construction and post construction support by submitting provisional sums for these phases.

VicTrack is aiming to complete the concept phase in Quarter 4 of 2023 and aim to complete the town planning proposal in Quarter 2 of 2024.

Subsequently to concept and town planning phases, VicTrack may procced with lodgement of planning permit application and construction phase of the proposed development. These activities are not covered under this Request for Tender.
