The Supplier shall design, supply and deliver to site a containerised potable water treatment plant, complete with buffer tanks / pumps and potable water storage tanks and distribution pumps. Supplier will be requested to include installation and commissioning of the complete package on Site as an option.

Specific Scope Requirements:

Suppliers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate their ability to complete the following tasks:

o Design of:

• Containerised potable water treatment plant, complete with buffer tanks / pumps and potable water storage tanks and distribution pumps,

• All interconnecting piping between:

1. ▪ buffer tanks, feed pumps and containerized plant including supports,
2. ▪ containerised plant, potable water storage tanks and distribution pumps including supports,

• All footings for container, pumps and tanks and pipe supports. installation of concrete footings by others as an option.

• Third party verification by a subject matter expert.

o Supply and delivery a potable water treatment plant which is to include the following:

• Treatment plant must be compliant with Potable Grade Drinking Water Compliant with Australian Drinking Water Guidelines 6 (2011) - health guidelines,

• Potable water production to be a minimum 35 KL per day and be containerized,

• Two (2) UV stabilized polyethylene raw water feed buffer tanks with a gross capacity of 50 KL per tank, two (2) raw water feed pumps,

• Two (2) UV stabilized polyethylene potable water storage tanks with a gross capacity of 38 KL per tank, three (3) potable water distribution pumps,

• Feed will be untreated Raw Water from Western Range Borefields,

• Category 1 source water quality based on definition in Sept 22 revision of ADWGs,

• Provision for additional equipment such as UV should it be required for Category 2, and

• Provision all control interfaces, instrumentation, PLC and monitoring equipment;

o Installation and commissioning of the complete package as an optional item; o High Safety, Environment and Health values and record; 

o Excellent quality control, assurance and performance record;

o Demonstrate innovative and value improvement practices; and

o Reliable delivery within programme and budget requirements
