Tender Opportunity for Management Services for Tipperary Waters Management Corporation

The Tipperary Waters Management Corporation. Is seeking applications from experienced service providers to manage our marina, lock facilities, and common areas, including parking areas, marina facilities, and waterways.

As the contracting authority, we are seeking applications from service providers who can demonstrate expertise in operating a lock and managing a marina estate. The successful applicant will be evaluated based on their experience in operating similar facilities, price, and qualifications.

The deadline for submitting proposals is 12 noon on Monday 1st May 2023.
