Lane Cove Council (the Council) is calling for Proposals from suitably qualified Proponents, to work strategically alongside Council to design, develop and deliver the Community Renewables Program, aiming to increase solar and battery uptake for Lane Cove residents and small businesses. The initial focus of this program is to engage the community to make renewable energy accessible thereby increasing uptake of solar and battery systems. The program will set the foundations to transition the Lane Cove community towards energy sharing, where rooftop energy is generated, stored, pooled and shared within the community. The successful Proponents to this RFP, may be invited to make a submission to a Request for Quote (RFQ). The successful Respondent to the RFQ will deliver the proposed program.
