This is an Advanced Tender Notice to receive notification from parties interested in tendering for the project. 

Please note that this advance tender notice is not the actual tender. No tender documentation is provided at this stage.

Project Summary:

The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) is conducting a market sounding from Construction Supplier Register (CSR) prequalified contractors demonstrating experience and capability in  performing the role of Design and Construct Contractor or Construct Only Contractor for the design completion (where applicable), documentation, construction, commissioning and completion of education infrastructure projects funded in recent Victorian State Budget announcements. 

The VSBA is intending to release Selective Tenders for the Building Works Packages as set out in the attached document. The Selective Tenders will be to design and/or construct the facilities within each project scope. 
A separate Request for Tender (RFT) will be issued for each individual project as set out in this document. It is expected that approximately four tenderers will be invited for each RFT. 

The VSBA will make a decision on which firms are to be invited to submit a tender, based on the firm’s experience, capability and capacity to undertake the work in the required timeframe, and past performance.
