ABOUT THE TENDER

The Barr Smith South Building was built in 1968 and houses part of the Library complex along with providing a central complex for university activities. The building has transformed since its completion with the addition of Hub Central and multiple comprehensive teaching space upgrades. Outside of the upgraded areas, a number of the building's base building services have been noted to be towards end-of-life. This project will primarily focus on the effective and efficient replacement of these identified base-building services.
