This Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) is expected to be the first phase of a two-stage procurement process to select a Contractor to provide the Services.  Formal offers for the second phase (Request For Tender (RFT)) will only be sought from Respondents shortlisted through this REOI process.  The Library will also be using this process to identify and assess the market and available products, services, or solutions, and is not bound to proceed to the second phase. 

The Library is seeking a potential supplier of an Inter-Library Loan/Document Delivery system or services, as part of Trove Collaborative Services.
