Eurobodalla Shire Council (ESC) is proposing to expand Narooma Cemetery in accordance with their 2019 Masterplan. ESC has engaged On Site CHM to undertake an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment (ACHA) that may support an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP) application.
In accordance with the Aboriginal cultural heritage consultation requirements and National Parks & Wildlife Act 1974, Aboriginal people holding cultural knowledge about the significance of Aboriginal objects there are invited to register interest in the community consultation process.
The purpose of consultation is to assist the proponent prepare an ACHA and AHIP application if required and assist Heritage NSW consider and assess that application. Please register interest by 20 April 2023.
