Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for Coen Master Plan Review.
The scope of the works is to provide an amended version of the current Coen Master dated (30th June 2020).
The successful contractor will be suitably qualified and experienced to investigate the opportunities and consult the limitations of the current Coen Master Plan location in a rural and remote context.
The design, review, and amendment of the current Master Plan will have preliminary indicative costing to support Cook Shire Council (CSC) to better understand overall project costs and project stages (including staged costs).
