Tender Description

GOTAFE is seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant for the provision of quantity surveying services for GOTAFE Wangaratta Education First Youth Foyer.

The work is generally comprised of but not limited to:

  • All works required to complete the cost estimates and tender analysis as documented in this tender documentation, including supply of labour and equipment (including software and hardware).
  • Liaison with the project manager and project architect.
  • Compliance with all statutory requirements, standards, and codes

    • Delivery of all services shall be carried out in compliance with the relevant Australian Standards, Codes and Regulations as amended from time to time, in accordance with the following Specification, and to the satisfaction of the Contract Manager.
