Tender Description
The Queensland Government, acting through the Department of Energy and Public Works (DEPW), through QBuild is seeking to engage a suitable licensed maintenance contractor to provide maintenance and capital replacement services relating to the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) across various correctional facilities sites throughout Queensland for Queensland Corrective Services (QCS).
The ESS deployed within QCS correctional facilities are multi-layered systems incorporating several systems and subsystems that are either a part of the physical security at correctional centres or enhance the physical security in place and allow for the improvement of procedural and dynamic security measures which can be employed. ESS are key operational components of correctional environments, ensuring their ongoing effective operation.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) process will assist in informing the delivery and procurement approaches that best support the Queensland Government in achieving its requirements and provides an opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide the services to QCS.
