The scope for this piece of work is to allow our team to more rapidly progress the existing work to co-develop a theory of change and evaluation framework with health service stakeholders to an evaluation plan through a short-term boost to the quantitative and qualitative analysis skills of our evaluation project team, which will be achieved through bringing deep skills and experience in program monitoring and evaluation of complex change programs in public healthcare.
